Yay, it was finally the day I got to share my inquiry with the Senior Syndicate but before we shared we watched the IPU drummers perform and then watched First Five perform their classes dance. When we got back to our class we were able to set-up where our stall’s would be. Once everyone had finished we were allowed to go to lunch but not any ordinary lunch... we were having a cultural shared lunch because it was the cultural festival day. We were celebrating with a shared lunch.
I was with my group planning who would be running the stall first. We finally decided Stevie and I would be in the stall first for 20 minutes. So then Stevie decided who would be running what. Stevie was going to look after the code cracker and I would look after the Word search and Spot the difference…
Twenty minutes later Stevie and I were allowed to go and look at the other stall’s. The first stall I went to was the “Make your name tag out of ancient letters,” which was cool. Then I went to the Massai Warrior stall and cracked a quiz which won me a cool Massai warrior bookmark. I then went to the “Learn the Haka stall” and I learnt the Haka (but I have already forgotten how to do the Haka) But it was still really cool doing the Haka in front of everybody.
I then heard Mr Valentine announce “20 Minutes until pack up time” so I quickly went to the henna stall so I could get a pattern drawn on my wrist using henna but the line is really long. (17 minutes later) another announcement but this time it was Mrs Langley saying “3 Minutes until pack up time.” I’m still three people behind so I wonder if will I be able to get a henna design but then I hear the last announcement “Pack up time” and that was my amazing day.
